3 Star Chance Tucker – 6’1″ 170 lbs CB from Encino, CA joins the 2021 Class. That makes 3 CB’s in this class. Notre Dame beat out Washington and Colorado for this commit and Tucker has actually been on campus. Here is his highlight video:

Ryan Barnes – Commit Number 11 for 2021 Class – 3 Star CB

3 Star DE Jason Onye – 6’5″ 245 lbs from RI commits and hereto another that hasn’t visited South Bend. He had lots of other offers including Penn State and Michigan. Here is his highlight video:

4 Star CB Philip Riley – 6’0 190 lbs out of Florida commits to ND without having visited. He had about 40 offers including Clemson USC And Florida State. This took the sting out of losing out to Clemson for RB Will Shipley. Here is his highlight video:
