ND Routs USC 48-20

USC rolled into town 6-0 with their pompous QB and rolled out with a thorough beatdown by the Irish.

Both the ND Offense, Defense and Special Teams beat the crap out of them. Special praise to ND Safety Xavier Watts who had 2 pass interceptions and a scoop and score for a TD along with numerable tackles. 2nd Place goes to DC Al Golden whose D forced 5 Turnovers.

On offense it was the Sam Hartman show dropping a a 46 yd TD to an in-stride Chris Tyree. Hartman finished 13/20 for 126 yards and 2 TD passes. Next Jadarian Price returned a Kickoff for a TD. Next Audric Estime was 22/95 yards.

This game ended a 4 game run against 4 ranked teams – night games.

The whole team and Coaches were excellent all night.

Lets hope this game takes away USC’s QB 2nd Heisman after we gave him one last year.
