CJ Carr 6’3″ 190 lbs from Michigan officially commits to the ND 2024 Class. It seems like his whole family went to Michigan. His grandfather Lloyd Carr won a National Championship while he was the Head Coach of Michigan. This kid is the real deal and wants to actively recruit for ND. Check out his
