Notre Dame Signs 23 For 2016 Class
This was a good haul for Brian Kelly and his staff. A lot of needs filled, like 4 Safety’s and 4 CB’s. They did whiff on Caleb Kelly LB who signed with Oklahoma. ND is still waiting on a 5 Star WR, but I’m done with Prima Donnas.
