4 Star DE Isaiah Foskey officially confirms his December Letter of Intent. Foskey 6’5″ 240 lbs from California finishes off the recruiting season. No surprise since he committed earlier but wanted to hold off until National Signing Day. Here is his highlight video:

3 Star LB Marist Liufau – 6’3″ 210 lbs from Hawaii joins the 2019 Class. Apparently, Robby Toma is one of his coaches. He is from the same school as Manti Teo. He’s #20 since the previous kicker commit is a preferred walk on.

3 Star WR Kendall Abdur-Rahman 6ft 175 from Illinois joins the 2019 Notre Dame Football class. He is an Athletic player with big time speed having 34 HS TD’s. ND is still looking for DL & OL recruits. I think they only have 2-3 openings left. Here is his highlight video:
