Lots of competition everywhere to get on the 2 deep. The most intriguing is QB–if Golson feels he’s slipping behind Zaire he probably leaves in May.
There will be fierce competition along the OL with Nelson penciled in as the LG. The question is can Bars bump Elmer out at RG?
DL – lets just hope there are no injuries during spring practice.
LB – will Jarrett Grace be able to play and if he is do you hold him out until Fall?
ND is way over the scholarship limit and as a result many 5th yr. guys will be gone. Plus after the Spring Game a few other guys will leave for a variety of reasons. It will be interesting to see how many end up at UCONN or Miami of Ohio.
