Commit Number 14 QB Ian Book

Recruiting analyst Lemming considers Book in the top 4 of all Calif. QB’s in the 2016 Class.

Book is 6’1″ 195 lbs and a de-commit from Washington State. He has been on OC Mike Sanford’s radar since he offered him at Boise State and after a recent visit to ND, Brian Kelly offered and now we will have 4 QB’s for 2016.

Sanford is very high on Book and if Mike Leach of Washington State wanted him you know he can pass. Book is more of a Pro-Style QB.

• Greg Bryant already out for the first 4 games is out for the year–academics.
• Michael Deeb LB and Mike Heuerman TE are medically disqualified. They keep the scholarship but do not count on the roster. ND currently at 84-85 depending on the deal with DE I. Williams.
• Fall practice starts Friday at Culver Academy.
