Coaching Staff Complete

Jeff Quinn, Offensive Analyst is now named the Notre Dame Offensive Line Coach. Quinn is 55 yrs old and has a longtime association with Brian Kelly – 20 years.

He was the OC and OL coach when the University of Cincinnati won 12 games under Kelly, but lost to Florida in their Bowl Game. You’ll remember that Kelly left for ND and Quinn coached the Bowl Game.

Over the time that Kelly made his various stops a lot of people credited Quinn for the potency of the Offense. Quinn was the HC at University of Buffalo going 21-37 before taking an Analyst job at ND.

I think this is a very good hire and would have been just as happy if Kelly had selected him as his OC last year.

Quinn has already gone through the ND screening process so he’s good to go.

ND also named Terry Joseph as the Safeties Coach. He comes in from North Carolina, but he now has to go through the screening process.
