Jahmir Smith is a 3 Star 6′ 200lb RB from North Carolina. His running style is comparable to a pounder. He has numerous offers including both the Carolina schools as well as Tennessee, Wisconsin and Minnesota. ND now has their 2 RB’s and if they are aiming for 20 there are only 7 spots open.

No sooner had WR Commit 4 Star Braden Lenzy dumped ND then ND landed 4 Star TE George Takacs. Takacs 6’6″ 235 lbs from Naples Florida has long been on the Irish wish list – so, lose one and gain one. I like TE’s so I’ll take this deal. Here is his highlight reel:

3-4 Star stud 6’5″ 305 OL from Marion Ohio, John Dirksen joined the 2018 Class while visiting this weekend. Both Brian Kelly and Harry Hiestand really wanted him and now they have their 2 OL for that class. Here is his highlight video: Here is a clip from the 3/25 practice:

Braden Lenzy is a 4 Star WR/CB from Oregon. He is 6′ 160 with 4.47 speed and just jumped on the ND bandwagon. He was wanted by all the Western schools and will also run track at ND. He is equally good at WR or CB. It’s sure nice to have that speed anywhere on

4 Star WR Micah Jones 6’5″ 195 from Illinois pushes the 2018 class to the halfway mark. He was wanted by a slew of schools, but he opts for ND closing out a stellar recruiting week. Here is the highlight video reel for Micah Jones:

Phil Jurkovec 6’5″ from Gibsonia PA committed to ND on Monday. He has offers from everyone including Alabama, OSU, PSU Clemson and Stanford. He’s Just going into his Junior year at high school, but he has all of the tools including a rocket arm. Check out his video: Also – ND vs Texas time set
